Submission of details to discharge condition No. 4; imposed on planning permission reference LB/2022/2161 granted on 25/10/2022 for partial opening of walls in two locations to allow for improved one-way circulation, addressing circulation issues. Bringing the existing mezzanine back into use- structural works to allow for this. New handrails and balustrade to improve safety.
