Listed building consent for repair of brick outhouse by removing felt roof, carefully removing bricks down to elevation of ~1180mm (retaining and cleaning bricks), then rebuild to existing form using the existing bricks and lime mortar and instate a new roof using reclaimed handmade tiles (the same as the other similar outhouses in neighbouring properties).
