Application for tree works: Removal of T23 - Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) - Clearance of boundary wall. Tree could be cleared as part of the site development as shown within the planning application APP/U4610/W/22/3313890. Tree is in poor condition and there is no space for maintenance and is at risk of damaging the boundary wall and branches falling into highway footpath. We require access to boundary wall for survey needed maintenance and repair. Removal of T26 - Robinia pseudoacacia (False Locust) - Clearance of boundary wall.
