Description

Minor amendments are required to window and external door opening as Proposed East (Rear) Elevation as drawing 21-1 Rev D of grant of approval DM/19/01143/FPA. The following changes are required as drawing BS-02-05 Rev 1 Rear Elevation:1. Add in 1no window to ground floor to centre of elevation.2. Move first floor window to mid-height building from right side to left side of mid-height building.3. Move left hand 1 of 3 ground floor kitchen windows to upper-height building to centre of mid-height building.4. Switch rear door and window to left side of mid-height building.5. Minor adjustments to window positions in general to mid-height and upper-height buildings.6. Add 2no roof windows to lower-height building to afford means of escape from Bedroom at rear and Bedroom at front as dormer windows to front are not compliant with sill height and open window size.
