Description

Replacement of all house UPVC white windows and door with triple glazed timber windows and door in Cotswold green. Replace west facing living room window with French doors (timber Cotswold green) onto a raised patio area comprised of a low stone wall and sandstone flags. Replace south facing existing patio door with a triple glazed timber window in Cotswold green. Alteration to existing eastern extension structure. Pitch the current bitumen flat roof and install a slate roof to match the existing outbuilding and main roof style. External insulation applied and horizontally timber clad in shiplap British western red cedar.
