Variation of conditions 23 (hours of operation for all units excluding unit 5) from 'With the exception of the bakery operation within unit 5, the remaining commercial units hereby approved shall not be open to customers outside the hours of 0700 to 2300 on any day of the week, Servicing of the units shall not take place outside of the hours of 0700 to 2300hrs Monday to Saturday and 0700 to 2230hrs on Sunday and Bank Holidays' to 'With the exception of the bakery operation within Unit 5 and the bakery/retail operation within Unit 2, the remaining commercial units hereby approved shall not be open to customers outside the hours of 0700 to 2300 on any day of the week. Servicing of the units shall not take place outside of the hours of 0700 to 2300hrs Monday to Saturday and 0700 to 2230hrs on Sunday and Bank Holidays' and 24 (operation hours for unit 5) from 'Notwithstanding condition 22, the trading and servicing hours of the bakery operation within Unit 5 shall not commence before 0600hrs and shall terminate by 2300hrs on any day of the week' to 'Notwithstanding condition 23, the trading and servicing hours of the bakery operation within Unit 5 and the bakery/retail operation within Unit 2 shall not commence before 0600hrs and shall terminate by 2300hrs on any day of the week' pursuant of planning permission DM/22/02891/FPA.
