Description

The proposed refurbishment works are the replacement of the existing windows and external doors throughout with new thermally broken aluminium. 1Nr new disabled access ramp, improvements to stepped access, an extension of the existing entrance porch, and a number of external landscaping alterations including replacement of a climbing wall and new caving system, new timber den, and repair to perimeter fencelines. Additionally proposed is the installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps and PV panels to the main roof with 9.5kWh battery.
