Remove upright leader above snapped limb as this is increasing leverage on tree.T11 - Deodar Cedar. reduce damaged stem by 4m via drop crotching. similar reduction on adjacent section. to reduce risk of failure.Above works have been recommended from Certhia consulting ltd tree survey.
