1 multi stem Fraxinus Excelsior to be removed, replaced with 1 x 10/12 WRB Tillia cordata, (Small leaved Lime) Roadside Ash tree with clear signs of Ash dieback. water shoots can be clearly seen with large amount of deadwood dropping each year. Due to close proximity to the Chedworth Road and high probability of overall health deteriorating, with an increased risk of failure. Highways have confirmed this tree falls under ownership of Manor Hall, Withington. All appropriate measures with any required applications for working over a road ie, traffic control & Banksmen will be applied for and in place prior to any work being carried out.
