Poor overall shape, with multiple stems and an unbalanced canopy. Replace with smaller ornamental 1x cercidyphllum japonicum.3 x Thuja plicata no.102, 103 & 104. Fell & Full removal, clear to allow more light and space for multiple younger Fagus sylvatica along drive.
