T1 - Beech tree, rear garden over fuel oil tank - Recent limb failure over tank. Recommendations, reduce low over extended lateral on Southern side of crown, over oil tank, by 2.5m - 3.0m. T2 - Purple leaf plum, Western gable end of house - Tree growing in close proximity of listed building, also suppressing growth of adjacent hornbeam. Removal recommended and consider replacement in better suited location.T3 - Horse Chestnut, Western boundary - Significant de-lamination and blistering of bark around main stem at ground level. Also visable in central leader in upper crown. Damage likely caused by Phytopthora. Tree located on boundary with neighbouring property. Removal recommended. T4 - Acer Negundo, boundary with Western lawn - Low aesthetic value to this area of the property. Tree is suppressing lower crown of the higher valued copper Beech, on its Western side. Removal recommended. Property owner has recently planted 100+ heavy standards (pine, field maple, hornbeam, rowan) next to the property and has an additional 100 being planted November 2023.
