TPO 202 T.1. Walnut tree. This application is supplemental to permit number 23/00234/TPO. The tree has become large and leans heavily over a workshop. It bocks light to the garden, neighbours gardens and the allotment beyond the garden. It has also lost its amenity value as its size restricts the view from properties surrounding the host garden. The crown has been pruned back several times over the years, has regrown well and is dense and bushy. Although the tree is sound it presents a considerable vulnerability to wind load. The application is to fell the tree and replace with a tree native to the United Kingdom
