Woodland walk area - Improve the appearance and safety by thinning out all areas by 30%, which would involve removing all inferior andsuppressed trees to expose the mature trees and enable re-planting of wild forest flowers and shrubs, and the reinstatement of seating areas.The removal of selected Holly and Laurel infront of the seating areas to create 'vistas' looking over the field to the house. Pruning/reducing thesmall trees on the 'HaHa' to enable repairs and restoration. Crown raise remaining trees to a height of 2.5m. Monolith 1no Beech to a height of8m to prevent failure. Remove all major deadwood. Fell selected Western Red Cedars to reduce encroachment and provide more light. Fellsmall Hawthorn, Field Maple and Ash to expose the historic Cart Washing area and enable repairs and restoration.
