I wish to erect a garden studio/office in our back garden. The building would be 2.4m x 2.4m (approx. 2.75m x 2.75m including roof overhang). The roof would slope from the front to the back and would be 2.5m at its highest. The building would replace an existing summer house which has almost exactly the same dimensions (width, depth and height). The studio/office would have glass at the front (facing the back of our house) and the walls made of a composite panel, painted grey, stone or clad in wood if required. To one side of our garden is a wall/fence boundary with a pavement. The boundary on the other side of the garden is an old Baptist chapel converted to flats. The wall is considerably higher than our house and has no windows
