Description

Proposal is to replace 1st floor bedroom window (facing rear garden) with French doors with Juliet balcony. Additional pages show position of window / French doors. French doors proposed to measure 1200mm wide and be double-glazed and made of uPVC with oak-grain effect. Juliet balcony planned to be clear toughened glass- topped with oak balustrade. French doors are planned to open inward; it is proposed that chamfering shall allow doors to open to greater than 90 degrees.
