Description

Non material amendment in relation to decision notice PA25/05697 dated 31.10.2025 to allow 1, the previously illustrated decking finish to the new seating area is proposed to be amended to now be formed using non-slip paving slabs. 2, the previously specified UPVC doors are being changed to thermally broken aluminium construction doors. 3, full details of the proposed new timber fence to the boundary have been provided on drawings ref: 2501.03B & 04B, including the height, style and finish. It is also proposed that an emergency egress gate is installed into the new fence, for the purposes of fire safety and as part of the fire escape strategy
