Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order, namely: 1)To fell x 5 dead elm adjacent to private property and footway, retaining x 3 stumps at 1.5 m for habitat value. 2) To fell x 2 Quercus ilex x 1 with decay caused by Meripilus giganteus adjacent to property, and x 1 lapsed pollard with evident decay in main stem and pollard points. To remove risk of failure of x 5 dead elm and x 2 holm oak failing and striking private property or pedestrians.
