Non Material Amendment in relation to Decision Notice PA21/10829 dated 8th February 2022 to re-word the ventilation Condition (number 10) which is very specific to a system which cross references a Noise Assessment, this will allow a different form of extraction and ventilation system to be installed in the street facing flats. The system installed will be the same as that approved in the front facing ground floor flat (see PA25/03640) on 24th September 2025.
