Non material amendment in relation to decision notice PA25/02832 dated 02/06/2025 to allow much smaller version of the original porch extension. New outer wall of block construction to tie in with the current porch. No longer extending forwards, so the driveway would not need regrading. Only a wc and wash handbasin now included, no shower or cupboard as originally planned
