Description

Non material amendment in relation to decision notice PA23/03693 dated 03.05.2023 to allow relocation of front door in front elevation to the west side to allow the internal staircases to comply with Building Regulations. Existing front door opening to be used to create a window to retain light levels. North side existing window to the west elevation to be changed to a back door allowing easier access to the back garden (due to the new arrangement of the staircase and front door). Removal of the proposed staircase from the balcony whilst still retaining the privacy screen (due to now being able to access the garden from an existing window opening). Existing window in the east elevation on the north side lower ground floor to be increased in size, to match the other existing windows, and allow additional light and ventilation for a utility room
