Description

Listed Building Consent for:- Replace x 1 chimney pot with a new 450mm buff chimney pot, replace x 2 chimney cowls with buff coloured cowls. Re-flaunch the top of the chimney stack using a haired sand and cement-based mortar with fibreglass mesh. Cement repair to prevent water ingress on steps leading to front door. Introduce a haired sand and cement fillet to the base of the render on the front and rear elevations. Remove non-historic brick surround to fireplace, remove all cement based plasters to fireplace wall and open up fireplace to original size
