Description

To remove the existing slates, replace like for like using Delabole slate (reclaimed if necessary). Removal of existing plastic rainwater goods to be replaced with cast iron, conservation grade. To install two conservation grade roof windows at the rear of the building either side of the gable. 570mm x 780mm. To remove external render. Pointing up the stonework with a lime mortar mix. Repair using lime mortar mix to the chimneys.
