Non-material amendment in relation to decision notice PA23/00748 dated 05/11/2024; namely minor changes to Houses 1 and 2, 1) Revised internal layout. 2) Reduced FFL for Plot 2. 3) Reduced overhang to West Elevation. 4) Updated glazing configurations to North and South Elevations. 5) Security louvres/grilles added to windows to East and West Elevations (to accord with Part O). 6) Updated garage and entrance door materials. 7) Modified extent of stone and timber on Elevations. 8) Reduced number of rooflights. 9) Changed window frames to a darker colour. 10) PV Panels removed, with indicative zone now shown, to allow flexibility during detailed design. 11) Render to be used in lieu of stone cladding, to North Elevation of Plot 1, and South Elevation of Plot 2.
