Description

The proposed works involve the reconfiguration of the first-floor interior layout to enhance space and functionality. Externally, the plans include the addition of skylights to the roof to improve natural light, as well as two pitched dormer on the front elevation to create additional space, headroom and aesthetic appeal. On the rear elevation, a single skylight will be added at an internal height of 1700mm to introduce more natural light whilst maintaining privacy.
