Description

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed demolition of substandard side and substandard rear extensions on an existing detached bungalow and replace them with new more thermally efficient side and rear extensions. Materials for the extensions will be rendered block walls, fibreglass flat roof and natural slate pitched roof. Two new rooflights will be installed in the existing pitched roof to provide light to the bathroom and hallway. These are at high roof level and no views are available through them.
