Description

Use of land for pop up beach club bar and food event with music from DJs taking place in marquees and outdoors. 2 events per year each lasting no more than 72 hours per event during the months of May, June, July and September in a calendar year, these events will be Friday 18:00- 01:00, Saturday 11:30-01:00, Sunday 11:30-01:00. Maximum capacity will be 1000 people. Further use of land for up to 4 weddings a year which will be set up 48 hours prior to the wedding and taken down 48 hours post the wedding.
