Works to a tree subject to a Tree Preservation Order for Mulberry Tree - reduction to East side of tree (please see accompanying photo). Tree has suffered in high winds in the last year and has been left unbalanced. Reduction of the oppposite side of the tree will reduce the sail area and help with the crown weight (no limbs over 70mm to be removed).
