Works to a tree subject to a Tree Preservation Order for Oak (T1) - remove. Tree is growing on top of a small dry stone wall which could prove a structural issue as the tree grows. Tree is also proximate to Penwarne Road. Tree is exhibiting an asymmetric crown and has a pronounced lean (adding to structural concerns aforementioned). Replant not proposed as there is an adjacent Beech with a better position and form which is currently suppressed by the Oak, but would benefit greatly from the Oak's removal.
