Non material amendment in relation to Decision Notice PA21/00391 dated 17/12/21 - Amendment to condition 18 to include reference to prioritisation occupant type in the following order: (1) NHS hospital keyworkers; (2) other keyworkers; (3) students. The amended condition wording is proposed to read as follows:18. The accommodation blocks shall only be used for accommodation falling within Use Class C2 (Residential institutions) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020 and shall only be occupied by either key workers or students, to be prioritised in the following order ??? (1) NHS hospital keyworkers; (2) other keyworkers; (3) students. The accommodation shall not be used for any other purpose (including any change of use permitted by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020, or any provision equivalent to that Class in any Statutory Instrument revoking and/or re-enacting that Order).Please see accompanying Covering Letter for further details.
