Notification of works to trees in a Conservation Area namely :The specified works to trees T4-T19 are:Reduction in height of stem and primary scaffold branches to a height 7m above path level.Reduce canopy and secondary branches back to the primary stem and branch framework. The works will be repeated thereafter, when regrowth reaches 1.5m. These works are intended to standardise the appearance and ongoing management of this long-standing feature.The works specified to trees T1, T2, T3 and T20 are:Reduce height back to just beyond previous topping point, which range from 7-11m above the path level. Small shoots removed back to the scaffold branch without cutting into the existing branch framework. The work will be repeated when the regrowth achieves a length of 1.5m. Repeated pruning will create a pollard head, which will be the target for future pruning.
