Description

Listed Building Consent for the Installation of a storage room within an existing ground floor room within the Hall. Storage room size to be approx. 18.5m2. Clad both sides of new studwork with 1 layer of 12.5mm plasterboard and plaster with a two coat multifinish plaster. Supply & fit a 2' 9" flush door in timber along with ironmongery. Fix 100mm bullnose MDF skirting and 70mm bullnose architrave. Construct approx. 4m of internal shelving from 47mm x 47mm framework and 4 x 18mm shelves, 600mm deep. Decorate the newly skimmed walls with 3 coats of brilliant white paint and all woodwork with undercoat and white satinwood.
