Non-material amendment in relation to decision notice C1/PA21/1336/09/M dated 31.12.09 to approve amended details for the office block extension, work on the development having commenced in September 2010 with the infill section of the store now completed. In regard to the office extension to the existing building it has been found that due to the difference in ground level and existing floor level it is feasible to make what would be an under floor void into a useable lower floor with only a little additional excavation. It is also proposed to change the external finish of the proposed offices to a facing block rather the approved metal cladding and timber boarding. As a result of changes to the internal layout the fenestration to all three elevations has been amended.
