Works to a tree subject to a Tree Preservation Order for Cypress Macrocarpa (T1) - remove. Tree has had many failed branches, particularly over road. Residents rely on the parking area at the property but are uncomfortable parking beneath a tree which has had previous failed limbs. Tree also has a low canopy which dominates the garden and blocks the majority of the light into properties. Client happy to replant 3-5 trees along the hedgerow, and has suggested a mixture of Rowan and Buckthorn.
