Application for Non-Material Amendment to PA22/04670 for Construction of a small single storey extension, namely 1) Amendment to west elevation for single leaf door opening outwards.The new proposal amends this to provide a single leaf UPVC, fully glazed, door to open outwards to the west elevation of the extension, in direct replacement of the previously stated French doors. The new doorset will provide a minimum of 850mm clearance and a wheelchair accessible threshold of no more than 15mm. The door will be central between two full height glazed panels with opening casements.The main entrance doorset proposed to be provided to the existing house, in place of the existing doorset in situ, is to match the style of the door in situ, but provide a minimum of 850mm clearance and wheelchair accessible threshold of no more than 15mm. Plans show that the original door in situ will be carefully removed, with the aperture widened to accommodate for the widened entrance door.
