Exception Notice for 2 x small Hawthorn and 2 x small Hazel trees, remove, trees are obstructing access along highway footway. Trees are positioned on the edge of a low bank (please see accompanying photos). One of the Hawthorns has extensive decay at base and a part of the tree recently fell on a parked car.
