Description

Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order for Oak (T1) - remove several low limbs growing out over the cliff edge and overhanging neighbour's jetty. Removal of these limbs should help stabilise weight distribution of tree and prevent failure. Oak (T2) - crown raise over high water line (please see accompanying photo). Removing some weight from the lower crown should help prevent failure. Oak (T3) - crown raise over high water line (please see accompanying photo). Removing some weight from the lower crown should help prevent failure. Oak (T4) - remove one low branch and a dead section on the lower stem (please see accompanying photo). Works will help improve the shape of the tree and reduce some of the weight overhanging cliff edge. Oak (T5) - remove. This smaller suppressed Oak appears mostly dead and infested with ivy. Works should not generally affect the appearance of the trees and will hopefully prolong their longevity.
