Works to trees in a conservation area (CA), works include The proposal is to carry out pruning works to 1 large Maple and 2 Bay trees situated in the grounds on '2 The Cottages'.The proposal is to heavily reduce/pollard the tree. This way the tree can be retained by will be made safe and will prevent further damage being caused to the surrounding buildings. The proposal to reduce the Bay trees will again help keep the trees to a reasonable size where they will be less likely to cause damage to the property. All the trees will be allowed to regenerate and can all be retained.
