It is proposed to undertake the following work that is considered to be exempted from the Electricity Act 1989 by falling within the Overhead Lines (Exemption)(England and Wales) Regulations 2009: A lazy leg pole will be stood beside the existing pole 43PK33 to support a new pole mounted transformer. From these poles underground cables will be run to pole 43PK32 to allow for the dismantling of one overhead span and to provide new connections. Additional stay wires will be installed on both poles to support the overhead line.
