Description

NGED propose erecting a third wire between poles 43C161 to 43CU9 for a total length of approximately 782m. The work is being undertaken to improve network resilience and security on this spur as shown in the 43Culinethirdwire plan. The mid section of the spur, measuring approximately 288m, crosses the mid Cornwall Moors SSSI. Natural England have been consulted and have provided a response which is attached to the application. Some pole condition, like for like, replacement work on poles 43CU2M, 43CU3 and 43CU4, which sit within the SSSI will be undertaken ahead of this scheme of work.
