Works to a tree subject to a Tree Preservation Order, and in a Conservation Area, for Oak (T1) - fell. Tree failed to leaf in 2022 and has similarly failed to leaf this Summer. Branches are falling from the tree into our garden and neighbouring gardens which is both a nuisance and a hazard. Concerns that tree is dead and may fall posing a risk to property.
