Application for Non-Material Amendment to PA21/01757 for Reserved matters application for Phase 1, which comprises: the construction of 387 dwellings, public open space, landscape planting, pedestrian, cycle and vehicular links, 1 substation and one governor and associated infrastructure. (Details following outline application PA14/02447 dated 13.10.2017) Resubmission of application no. PA19/08297 dated 09/04/20., namely 1) Footprint of the gas governor base has increased from 2350mm x 3350mm, as shown on the approved layouts, to 3300 x 4450mm. This was specified by GTC to install the required gas governor kiosk. 2) Communal enclosed external space provided for Plots 262-265 in place of turfed area maintained by the management company, as per request from the Housing Association. Gated access has been provided via a path adjacent to Plot 262's parking space. Front garden area consisting of shrub planting bed provided by entrance to Plot 262-263, also requested by the Housing Association.
