Description

Pre-application advice for to replace the existing roof structure/finishes, and raise the ridge to create a more usable space at first floor level. The dwelling has two dormers on the North and South elevation. These will be reinstated as flat roof dormers with slate hung tiles. The pitched roof will be reinstated like-for-like with natural slate tiles. The external walls will be finished with slate hung tiles where the eaves have been raised. Rooflights will be positioned on all elevations to improve natural lighting and offer good ventilation for the proposed first floor bedrooms.
