Description

Pre application advice to to convert an existing barn in order to provide an extension to the house increasing the size of the house to 4 bedrooms. It is proposed to link the two buildings with a new modest single storey link corridor. The final layout is not finalised however the existing house would contain 2 bedrooms and the converted barn would contain the living areas, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There would be a total of one unit of accommodation (no increase in the number of units is proposed).The barn itself would not increase in size.
