Description

Pre-application advice for construction of a surface water pipe from the west side of Market Strand to outfall on the south side of the Grade II Listed Prince of Wales Pier to alleviate surface water flooding issues. Requires the construction of two slot drains located on either side of Market Strand, with two new pipes leading to a manhole linking these to a single new pipe. There is one preferred outfall option and two other outfall options into the Falmouth estuary.
