Application Details
Description
There are several mature Scot pine trees (Pinus sylvestris) that stand adjacent to the entrance of the kingdom hall. Unfortunately, no individual tree identification was provided but in line with the map, the trees are in section G13 (see attached photo). The several trees near the entrance need Deadwooding as there are some dead limbs that risk damage to person and vehicles, and one limb is approx 10" in diameter. There is a low hanging branch on a pine next to the buildings outdoor wooden power station, and the advice given was to remove that limb back to stem to reduce chance of later damage. There were some complaints about birds perching above the cars and dropping debris on pedestrians and so the advice was to crown raise to 4-5m and then reduce the lateral growth 2-3m in length, inline with the carpark spaces and the rest of the branches on adjacent trees. All advice discussed with George Brassington before proposal.
