The proposed advertisements include front elevation signage replace - existing "Connaughty Centre" sign to be replaced by "Living Centre" sign on main fascia with new "Cafe Nellie" sign to right hand side of front elevation. Potentially will include halo led back lighting. Also includes proposal for new totem sign to front right hand side of site frontage to assist way finding to the centre. New totem sign to be circa 4m high x 1.2m wide x 0.2m deep and to potential include digital display, concealed LED downlights and halo effect lighting to "Living Centre" lettering.
