Description

S96A non-material amendment to Condition 4 of the Outline Planning Permission 17/00180/OUT, dated 11/12/2019 to allow:i. Non-material amendment wording of condition preventing the determination of the first reserved matters application for a phase which contains a development parcel until the site wide design code has been approved; and ii. Non-material amendment to condition criteria 4(ii) precluding the determination of any reserved matters application for a phase containing a development parcel until a phase specific design code for that phase has been submitted and approved by the Council.
