Description

Tree species = sycamorelast assessed in 2017, details then were: height 11 metres, circumference 1300mm, canopy radius 3.2 metres, RPA radius 5 metres, clearance height from ground to canopy 3 metres.Proposed works is felling and removal. To be replaced with native mixed hedgerow species including Hawthorn, Field Maple, Wild Cherry, Dogwood, Hazel, Viburnum Lantana and Viburnum Opulus.Reason for works: Tree is becoming brittle with the easy shedding of branches in moderately windy conditions. Tree has grown with a relatively low fork forming in the trunk which a tree surgeon (Lloyd at Weldon Tree & Landscapes) has advised is a high stress point. In fact when Lloyd inspected my tree in 2018, he advised removal within the next 10 years or risk the tree becoming a risk to life.
