Carry out repair works to the roof of Twthill Farmhouse, including removal of the existing clay flue pipe, repairs to the two existing brick and roughcast chimney stacks, removal of existing slate roof coverings and two existing damaged rooflights and joinery repairs only of defective roof timbers followed by recovering roof with salvaged slates from the existing roof [approximately 50%] supplementing with reclaimed slates to match existing. Also repairs/replacement of defective rainwater goods and surface water disposal systems and associated repair works.
