Removal of trees and pruning/removing of dead or dangerous branches of trees in accordance with report carried out by West Coast Arboriculture & Land Planning Ltd in 2022. The trees subject of this application are T100, T101, T102, T103 - Oaks. In said tree report it is advised that T103 is to remain and be observed, but since the tree report further signs of decay have been shown, so this application would include the removal of T103 as well.
